When you use our “Find Friends” tool, we look at the contact information, including phone numbers, in your contacts.

What We Do With It: Information collected from you in this manner is collected for purposes of operating and providing our Services. It is also used to allow us to provide you with products or services you request from us, notify you about changes to our services, respond to inquiries, to communicate with you, for analytics and internal marketing purposes, for fraud prevention, to provide you with information, products or services you request from us, or to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide that information. This information is used to provide any expected Services. Contact information for our “Find Friends” tool is checked against our users for purposes of providing the “Find Friends” tool, non-user numbers are collected as part of this process but are not stored.

What We Collect: Jump Jump Dash collects the following personal information categories from the internet or similar network activity from users of our Services: IP address, App usage history (e.g. signup time, sign-in and sign-out times).

What We Do With It: This information is collected to assist in using our Services. It is also used to help improve the Service, store information about your preferences, recognize when you return to the Services, and for internal marketing purposes. This information is also used to respond to inquiries and for fraud prevention.

Commercial and Financial Information

Jump Jump Dash does not collect commercial or financial information at this time. For instance, the Recer App is currently in development and has no payment options available. If the Services collect commercial or financial information in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

Equipment Information

What We Collect: Jump Jump Dash collects the following personal information categories related to equipment information from users of our Services: general device type (mobile, laptop, or desktop), operating system, and browser.

What We Do With It: This information is collected for analytics purposes, to improve your interaction with the Services and for internal marketing purposes. This information is also used to respond to your inquiries and for fraud prevention.

Information from User Generated Content and Other Open-Ended Service Interactions

What We Collect: Jump Jump Dash allows users to post content generated by users, which may contain personally identifiable information. This use is optional. The Services are designed to collect the information following personal information categories related to user generated content from users of our Services: product recommendations with timestamps, product bookmarks, chat messages, “follow” status of users, bug reports, user feedback, user reporting (e.g. for harassment, spam, or inappropriate content).

What We Do With It: This information is collected primarily to provide the Services to you and is core to the functionality of the Recer App. We may also use this information for analytics purposes, to improve your interaction with the Services and for internal marketing purposes. This information is also used for security, content moderation, to respond to your inquiries, and for fraud prevention.

Use of Data Generally, Service Providers of Jump Jump Dash

We will never sell or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it, or for the protection of our legal rights.

Jump Jump Dash may aggregate information about you and other individuals together so that the information does not identify you personally. Jump Jump Dash may use information in these forms for any legitimate business purpose.

Where Jump Jump Dash relies on the deidentification or anonymization of data to ensure said data does not rise to the level of personal information, we commit to the following:

  • Jump Jump Dash will take reasonable measures to ensure deidentified or anonymized data cannot be associated with a natural person and is maintained and used in a manner that said data cannot be reassociated with an individual;
  • Jump Jump Dash will not attempt to undo any deidentification or anonymization of data that has been deidentified or anonymized.
  • Jump Jump Dash will contractually obligate any subcontractors that handle deidentified or anonymized data to ensure deidentified or anonymized data cannot be associated with a natural person and is maintained and used in a manner that said data cannot be reassociated with an individual. Jump Jump Dash will additionally exercise reasonable oversight to ensure these contractual obligations of subcontractors are met.

Jump Jump Dash uses Service Providers to assist with providing the Services. Jump Jump Dash may share your Personal Information with these Service Providers to assist with the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We may further disclose your personal information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Jump Jump Dash’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Jump Jump Dash about our users is among the assets transferred.
